First Bento of the school year:
Rice noodles with soy sauce and carrots

I also tried by hand on making some sushi. I made some for the first time last Saturday and they came out pretty well. I had left over rice (which I usually do since I stink at figuring out that 1 cup dried =/= 1 cup cooked) so I made these for my mother's lunch for the next day.
I don't have a bamboo rolling mat so I just used a silicon baking sheet thing. The filling is just some chopped up carrots.
