Left: roast green peppers, carrots and onion.
Right: chickpea salad (boiled chickpeas -you can use the ones that are sold already boiled-, olives, onion, tomato and a boiled egg).
On the right side, you can see a tiny box containing the vinagrette: olive oil and balsamic vinegar, for the salad.
I had to wrap the left tray so the food won't mix :D
It's been a long time BTW, now i am able to prepare my bentos again... thanks GOD my job is not as hard as before! ^^
