Yea, I've been quiet a bit—finances have been sketchy at best. But now I have a possible diagnoses of diabetes, and at the very least am pre-diabetic, so I'll be coming back to bento making, but will need to change portions and adjust food groups. Fortunately, most of the time my bentos were pretty close, so these changes will be minimal.
In the mean time, here's the last 4 bentos I made: May 11, 12, 14, and 15.
Bottom Tier: 2 Fig Newtons, Dressing, Shrimp Scampi
Top Tier: Carrot Sticks, Cauliflower, Cheese & Crackers, Plum Sections...might be some Broccoli in there too

Hopefully I'll be back soon with new bentos since I need them for two things: getting my diet more in line with what it should be and to reduce my portions for the weight loss the doctor has ordered. One piece of good news: the one sushi I found that I like should be okay as long as I eat it in moderation. One piece of depressing news: I'll have to cut down or cut out the sweets and really adjust what I eat as a sweet. For example, the fig newton in that last bento is probably fine, but the Baby Ruth and similar stuff will have to go. Might use them as a reward the last day of the week—do good and I can have a candy.
