
Top tier (from left to right): edamame (found them in Amsterdam after years of searching!), shredded daikon, Japanese omelet, sushi with avocado, cucumber and red bell pepper, container with sauce of soy, mirin and dashi.
Bottom tier: shredded scallions, a bit of leftover seaweed and sesame salad in plastic wrap (bought - would like to know what it's called!), onigiri filled with soaked cranberries, sushi with cucumber, omelet and scallions (the shredded daikon is the topping for thhis sushi) and one as in top tier, and tofu puffs.
Cherries on the side.
This morning I just had to wash the cherries and put the omelet, scallions, edamame, seaweed and daikon in my bento box. Loved it!
BTW: this seems like a nice & active group!
